I worry, always, if places are as good as they appear. This one is! The bed was comfy and king-sized. The hot tub was convenient (thanks for the steps)! The shower, OMG THE SHOWER! I have long wanted a rainfall shower head.
We loved the peace and quiet. I wish the leaves had been more colorful, but that was certainly not the fault of anyone.
If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay near Sparta, you could not do better. If you just want a quiet place with terrific amenities you have found it.
I probably shouldn't tell you all how great it was, in case we want to stay here at the same time, but we REALLY LOVED IT, and think you will too!

Doug & Jill have created the most idyllic escape with this property. Nestled into the beautiful Tennessee outdoors, you arrive down a twinkly lit path and the house has every comfort you could ask for. The design is modern and thoughtful, the amenities worked perfectly and Doug & Jill created a helpful guide with answers to any questions that may pop up during your stay. Couldn’t recommend this more for a weekend getaway. And highly recommend Calfkiller Brewery!

Need to relax, get away, and surround yourself in nature? Stay in this cozy and very chic tiny home! You can soak in a hot tub, catch up on reading, stream shows on tv, or just watch nature from the huge windows. Our stay was very private, as we had no encounters with guests staying in the other dwellings on the property. Still, the hosts were very responsive to our communication in the app, before and during our stay. Their online guide was also useful in operating the amenities with care and exploring the nearby sights. Beautiful tiny home in a beautiful area of Tennessee. Looking forward to staying here again!

The tiny house was a great place to get away from the day to day grind. When we first walked in, the smell of the house was incredible. All the amenities were so nice. The hot tub, fire pit, shower, king bed were all incredible.
We would recommend to others wanting to get away and will definitely be looking to book again.

We stayed for a long weekend! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Close to the town of Sparta, which had several places we enjoyed going. Also, we loved it that it was close to some many hiking trails and waterfalls!

The tiny home was just what we were looking for- peaceful with lots of hiking and nature surrounding us, but still close enough to restaurants and other things to do. The space was clean and had every amenity you could anticipate needing, instructions and communication with the host was clear, and on top of the essentials, it was beautiful with thoughtful and practical decor for the small space. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

What a great week stay! Secluded stay, just a few miles from town, in the middle of several state parks! Great eats, great hikes, kayaking, and finds!! Nice new place to stay, perfect size! Everything we needed, nice hot tub to relax in after long day! Jill had lots of great recommendations!!!!! Great area!!!!! We will be back to see more waterfalls!

Our stay at Jill and Doug’s was more than we could have even imagined, It was a perfect place for a romantic and peaceful getaway. The condition of the house and surroundings was top notch, its obvious that a lot of time and care has gone into creating this space and they truly care about creating a wonderful experience for everyone that stays there. The attention to detail was on point and every step of the way was extremely easy as the information provided was in detail and very clear. This was the perfect cozy weekend getaway for my wife and I! Check-in was easy, the tiny home was clean and private, and in close proximity to many state parks! We had absolutely no complaints about this peaceful stay. We will be coming back!

We have traveled and stayed in many Airbnbs and this is by far the cleanest and coziest of all! When we arrived, we opened the door to hear relaxing sounds on the tv set to create a relaxing atmosphere. The decor is modern, the views of the trees create such a secluded space and you immediately feel at home. The bathroom is perfect for two, shower has not only a shower faucet but a rain faucet and handheld. They even had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bed is very comfortable as well. Outdoor space is fabulous in that not only can you sit and enjoy coffee or wine on the front porch, you have a firepit and chairs to enjoy after a hop in the hot tub. Loved the fact you are staying in such a secluded place but the drive to town to grab dinner and or get to Cookeville is super close by and an easy drive. Highly recommend this amazing tiny home and we will be back! Rarely if ever have we felt we wanted to return to a former stay! Hosts are excellent communicators! Loved our stay❤️
